Products are stored and handled according to strict standards, and inventory is replenished regularly to provide fresh medications, foods, and pet care products.You can shop with confidence knowing that the health and well-being of your pet is our top priority.
Yes. When you sign up, you can choose either a monthly or annual subscription.You’ll be charged right away for your first term.After that, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each term (monthly or yearly) using the payment method on file.To avoid being charged for the next term, simply cancel before your current subscription period ends.If you do cancel, you can still enjoy your PetVantageRx benefits until the end of your current term.

If your pet regularly takes a medication or uses a product on an ongoing basis, you can save even more by enrolling in Auto-Ship through our Pet Pharmacy partner.With Auto-Ship, you'll receive:5% off prescription medications10% off over-the-counter (OTC) medicationsPlus, Auto-Ship helps ensure you never run out of the medications and products your pet needs.
After you complete your subscription purchase:You will receive an email and text message confirming your subscription purchase and your Discount Code.You’ll be directed to the medication and product search page, where you can look up the items your pet has been prescribed.From there, you’ll see discounted pricing from PetVantageRx and be guided to where you canpurchase the medication or product at a significantly reduced cost.
No. Discount codes cannot be applied directly on a pharmacy partner’s website.To receive your discount, you must access the pharmacy partner’s website through one of thefollowing:

Using one of these dedicated links ensures your discount code is applied correctly. If you visit a pharmacy partner’s website directly, the discount code will not work.
You can cancel your PetVantageRx Subscription at any time by logging into your Pet Parent account at PetVantageRx.com and selecting “Cancel Subscription.” Your cancellation will take effect immediately.Please note that PetVantageRx subscription fees are non-refundable and are not prorated, except where otherwise stated in our Terms and Conditions.If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your PetVantageRx benefits through the end of your current paid subscription term.
